Vegan basil pesto

AH yes, pesto. It may be the most versatile sauce (spread? condiment?) out there. However, some of us out here have dairy allergies, and it turns out you can make a really fuego vegan pesto. It is also extremely easy. Put this stuff on sandys, eggs, pasta, tacos, bowls, or spoonfuls straight to your mouth hole!

Ingredients: 

- 2 Cups of fresh AF basil 

- 1 large clove of garlic 

- handful of spinach 

- 1 TBSP of fresh lemon juice 

- 1/4 cup of pinenuts

- 2 TBSP of nutritional yeast 

- 1 TBSP of oilve oil 

- S&P to taste 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 1. combine all ingredients into either a blender or food processor.

2. Not gonna lie, sometimes this can be a bitch to make because mixing it can be a bit of a hassle but it is so delicious you will not regret it.

3. Once you finally have a all the ingredients mixed you can literally enjoy this pesto on ANYTHING. It compliments just about any dish. ENJOY!
