we're a sucker for hummus, and we're also a sucker for trader joes

Which makes sense why each and every one of us will return from TJ's with our own private container of White Bean and Basil hummus. It was getting a little excessive so our very own Ness decided to whip up a batch of her own the other day after a particularly large flurry of snow made it borderline impossible to make it to her 3:30 class :/ 

ANY FRICKEN WAY here is the recipe because this was a huge success! 



1 can of chickpeas 

1 can of cannellini beans

1/3 cup of fresh basil

3 tbsp olive oil 

1/4 cup of tahini

1/3 cup of lemon juice 

Salt and Pepp

1 tbsp cumin



Blend IT UP BABY!!!!!! All of it. Then taste it. And add more seasoning to taste.

To really amp it up drizzle some harissa, olive oil and za'atar on top
